3. Quotes, orders and contracts
A quote requested through this site is an invitation to discuss, not a binding offer. Pricing, scope and lead times are confirmed in a separate written agreement. Listed prices exclude tax and are based on standard configurations within our standard service region.
4. Site conditions and assessment
Final system specification depends on a site water test and a review of available space, plumbing, power and flow requirements. Where site conditions differ from those assumed, scope and price may be adjusted with your approval before work proceeds.
5. Payment
Payment terms are set out in the applicable order or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit may be required before fabrication or installation, with the balance due on completion or as invoiced.
6. Warranty
Equipment is covered by the limited warranty stated in your contract. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and does not cover misuse, unauthorised modification, neglect, or water quality issues outside the tested parameters. Consumable filters and media are excluded from long-term coverage and are subject to scheduled replacement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eagle Pure Water LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amounts paid under the relevant agreement.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos and photographs — is owned by Eagle Pure Water LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Arizona.

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version, which takes effect when posted.
